Additionally, there will be ‘workshop’ classes offered at the Evanston Public Library branches. These classes will be on Saturday mornings and will last 90 minutes. Please note that these are not beginner workshops. The pace will be fast, and I will assume you are proficient in Excel.

Charting in Excel, in depth
The visual display of information has become increasingly important. The bar, column, and pie charts have been replaced by inventive, beautifully designed graphics that convey information and please the eye. This is a sequence of three classes in which we will explore Microsoft Excel’s charting capabilities, including Pivot charts. Each class will build on the previous class, but attendees can attend individual classes. These workshops assume that participants have created basic charts.

  1. Hello, I’m trying to find an intermediate excel course. I would need it to be at night and would like to take it before the end of the year. I have been striking out at the Evanston Library courses, and the New Trier Extension courses only run through October. Do you have any 1 or 2 day courses available in December? I would pay the going rate. Thanks

    • Hi Mike

I hope this note finds you well. I know that I responded to your query about training a while ago,
and then I assume you got busy with the holidays. Please let me know if you are still interested in personalized training. Also, watch my site b/c I will be offering more classes at the Evanston Public Library starting in later January.

      Kind regards,

      Jessica
